Logo and Brochure Design for Bay Tree House apartments
The site of this development was known for its prominent bay tree and panoramic views across the English Channel. Every other development nearby had a nautical name so we decided to make a point of difference by naming these prestigious apartments after the tree. The logo was developed followed by the brochure design. The site plan, floor plans and CGIs of interiors and exteriors were produced in-house.
